State Constitution

Article Sixth, Section 1 of the Connecticut Constitution states: “Every citizen of the United States who has attained the age of eighteen years, who is a resident of a town in this state, and who, if registered as an elector, has been admitted as an elector in the town of his residence, is an elector.”
