As Election Day draws closer, more attention is being shown to the amendments on Kentucky ballots. Advocates opposed to Amendment One said in a media conference on Monday the proposal to ban non-citizen voting is both redundant and sends the wrong message, while supporters believe a loophole needs to be closed.
